摘　　要：目的了解攀枝花市医疗卫生行业辐射安全管理状况。方法在统一的质量控制条件下,采用统一的方法和要求,对辖区内所有开展辐射应用的医院进行问卷调查。结果攀枝花市医疗卫生行业辐射安全管理状况按医院等级不同存在等级差异。结论攀枝花市辐射安全管理整体上处于良好水平,但不同等级的医院的辐射安全管理存在明显的差异。医院决策层、科室管理层、员工个人等对辐射安全的重视程度是造成辐射安全与安全文化素养差异的主要原因。[Objective]To understand the current status of radiation safety management in medical industry of Panzhihua City.[Methods]Under the unified quality control conditions,uniform methods and requirements were adopted to carry out questionnaire survey on hospitals with radiation applications.[Results]Rank difference of radiation safety management existed in hospitals of different levels in Panzhihua City.[Conclusion]The management of radiation safety is generally in good level in Panzhihua City,but there are obvious differences between hospitals with different level.The main reason for the existing differences of radiation safety and safety culture is the attention degree attached by the hospital decision-making and department management officials as well as staff personal.
