补阳还五汤对AD大鼠海马区β-APP蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补阳还五汤对老年性痴呆大鼠海马区β-淀粉样蛋白前体蛋白(APP)表达的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,在高倍显微镜下随机选取大鼠海马区连续5个视野,并计数5个视野中APP免疫阳性细胞平均个数。结果补阳还五汤能明显减少Aβ1-40所致老年性痴呆大鼠海马区APP阳性细胞数量。结论补阳还五汤对Aβ1-40所致老年性痴呆大鼠海马区APP的表达有明显抑制作用。[Objective]To investigate the effects of Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction on β-amyloid precursor protein（APP） in hippocampal of Alzheimer＇s disease（AD） rats.[Methods]Immunohistochemistry was adopted.Under high power lens,5 consecutive fields of vision were randomly selected,the APP immuno-positive neurons within them were counted for average number.[Results]Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction could obviously reduce the number of APP immuno-positive neurons in hippocampal of AD rats caused by Aβ1-40.[Conclusion]Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction has obvious inhibition on APP protein expression in hippocampal of AD rats caused by Aβ1-40.
