摘　　要：目的了解掌握北京市怀柔区感染性腹泻疫情和发病趋势,为科学预防控制感染性腹泻的流行提供科学依据。方法描述性流行病学方法对2005—2009年疾病监测信息管理系统报告怀柔区感染性腹泻疫情材料进行分析。结果 2005—2009年怀柔区感染性腹泻发病数在827～1473例,发病率在242.96/10万～384.73/10万。结论除2008年外,感染性腹泻发病呈明显上升趋势。应开展健康教育工作,提高大众人群卫生防病意识,进一步加强重点地区及重点人群的感染性腹泻防治工作,减少其对人类健康的危害。[Objective]To understand the epidemic situation and trend of infectious diarrhea in Huairou district of Beijing,provide the scientific basis for prevention and control of infectious diarrhea.[Methods]The data of infectious diarrhea reported by disease supervision information management system during 2005-2009 were analyzed with descriptive epidemiologic method.[Results]From 2005 to 2009,there were 827 ～1473 cases of infectious diarrhea in Huairou district,and the incidence rate was 242.96/lakh ～ 384.73/lakh.[Conclusion]With the exception of 2008,the incidence rates of infectious diarrhea increased significantly.The health education should be implemented to strengthen the health consciousness of population,and the prevention and control of infectious diarrhea in key area and focus group should be improved to reduce the health harm.
