摘  要:目的对玉溪市1~10岁儿童麻疹减毒活疫苗(MV)常规免疫后抗体水平进行评价,为今后消除麻疹制定相关免疫策略提供科学依据。方法采用人口容量比例概率抽样法(PPS)法抽取的1686名适龄儿童检测血清麻疹IgG抗体。结果麻疹抗体阳性率91.28%,保护率73.13%,几何平均滴度(GMT)1:551.30;不同居住形式、不同接种剂次、不同年龄组、不同县儿童之间麻疹抗体阳性率、保护率和GMT差异有统计学意义;性别间抗体保护率、GMT差异有统计学意义,抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论玉溪市1~10岁儿童麻疹抗体水平较高,但流动儿童是免疫薄弱环节,在流动儿童中全面落实MV常规免疫对消除麻疹有重要意义。[Objective]To evaluate the antibody level among children aged 1 ~10 years after routine immunization with measles vaccine(MV),provide the scientific evidence for making related immunization strategy of measles elimination in future.[Methods]1686children aged 1 ~10 years were sampled with probability proportionate to size sampling(PPS),and the serum levels of measles IgG antibody were tested.[Results]The antibody positive rate of measles was 91.28%,protection rate was 73.13%,and the geometric mean titer(GMT) was 1:551.30.There were significant differences in the antibody positive rate of measles,protection rate and GMT among children in different residential environment groups,different dosage and times of vaccination groups,different age groups and different counties.There were significant differences in protection rate and GMT between boys and girls,but the difference in the antibody positive rate of measles was not significant.[Conclusion]The levels of measles antibody among children aged 1 ~ 10 years in Yuxi city were high,but there was immunization weak link in floating children.Full implementation of MV routine immunization among floating children has important significance in measles elimination.
