健康成人超敏C-反应蛋白含量研究调查及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的了解健康成人(无偿献血者)血清中超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的含量及其临床价值和意义。方法选取100名健康成人,采用比较先进超敏感的免疫浊度法进行检测,并收集相关文献阐述其临床意义。结果 100例无偿献血者血清内hs-CRP含量<4.5mg/L为正常值,>4.5mg/L为异常。结论检测hs-CRP已突破了原来固缩范围的的临床意义,而发展到对心、脑、血管等疾病的诊断、预测、预后判断,具有非常重要的临床价值。[Objective]To understand the serum contents of high sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in healthy adults（voluntary blood donors） and its clinical value and significance.[Methods]100 healthy adults were selected,the immune turbidity technique which was advanced and high sensitive was applied to test,and the related literatures were collected to describe the clinical significance.[Results]In 100 voluntary blood donors,the normal value of serum hs-CRP contents is less than 4.5 mg/L,more than 4.5 mg/L is abnormal.[Conclusion]The hs-CRP detection has already exceeded the original scope of the clinical significance,and it expanded to the diagnosis,prediction and prognosis estimation of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,which has very important clinical significance.
