摘　　要：为评价鼻敏喷雾剂的临床疗效,选择了致敏原阳性的门诊过敏性鼻炎患者30例,用鼻敏喷雾剂治疗,每日3次,每次2喷,疗程7d。采用计分法评定疗效。结果表明,本品对变应性鼻炎和季节性鼻炎的总有效率为93.3％。副作用少,耐受性良好。To evaluate clinical effect of Bimin spray, the authors selected 30 outpatients with allergic of positive reaction to allergic test. These patients received Bimin spray 2 puffs, tid, for the treatment of 7 days, and the effects were evaluated by score. The result showed that the total effective rate was 93. 3 % to allergic and season rhinitis, this spay was well toleranced and its side effects were few.
