保康戒毒冲剂对吗啡依赖小鼠戒断症状抑制作用的实验研究

摘　　要：采用递增剂量法（吗啡剂量从２５ｍｇ／ｋｇ开始，逐渐增至１５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ）皮下注射给药４天，形成小鼠戒断模型后，灌胃保康戒毒冲剂，剂量为４１０、８１９ｇ生药／ｋｇ·ｄ－１，分４次给药，连续３天。结果表明，给药组小鼠的跳跃次数明显少于对照组（Ｐ＜００５～００１），体重下降比生理盐水对照组轻，但无统计学意义（Ｐ＞００５）。说明“保康戒毒冲剂”对吗啡依赖小鼠的戒断症状有较好的抑制作用。药物效应与剂量有关。The mouse dependence model was established by gradually increasing doses of morphine (from 25mg·kg -1 to 150mg·kg -1 , SC 4d ). Then Chinese herbal medicine (Bao Kang Jie Du Chong Ji) was given to precipitate the withdrawal syndromes. The results showed that in the dose of 41 0-81 9g (crude drug)/kg·d -1 were able to inhibit the jumping.There were significant difference between experimental group and control groups( P <0 05～0 01). It can be seen that 'Bao Kang Jie Du Chong Ji' could completely block morphine-induced physical dependence in mice. There was relationship between drug effect and doses.
