摘 要:介绍了麦草化学机械浆使用过氧化氢/过氧乙酸和过氧化氢/硼氢化钠组合工艺分别漂白至72.83%ISO,73.98%ISO的高白度条件下,过氧乙酸和硼氢化钠漂白废液的污染负荷以及废液的成分。研究结果表明:麦草化学机械浆P1P2B漂白工艺三段漂白废水BOD与COD总发生量分别为149.06kg/t浆和384.24kg/t浆,均低于PaP1P2漂白工艺三段漂白废水BOD与COD总发生量,BOD相比降低了15.84%,COD降低了19.26%;两种漂白废液的主要污染物质成分构成较为相近,均含有芳香族化合物和脂肪族化合物,但是Pa漂白废液中酯类有机物和4,4′-二羟基二苯丙烷的相对含量明显高于NaBH4漂白废液的相对含量。The pollutant load and composition of two kinds of bleaching wastewater bleached by peracetic acid combined with hydrogen peroxide with brightness 72.83%ISO and sodium borohydride combined with hydrogen peroxide with brightness 73.9%ISO were introduced. The results show that the total amount of BOD and COD of P1P2B three-stage bleaching wastewater of straw chemical-mechanical pulp were 149.06kg/t and 384.24kg/t respectively, both lower than the amount of PaP1P2 three-stage bleaching wastewater with the reduction of BOD 15.84% and COD 19.26%. Aromatic compounds and aliphatic compounds can be found in both two kinds of bleaching wastewater, but the content of esters organic compounds and 4,4'-(1-methylethylidene) bis-organicas in Pa bleaching wastewater is much higher than that in NaBH4 bleaching wastewater.
