摘　　要：中央苏区经济动员立法涉及的众多经济领域,是中央苏区经济立法的重要组成部分,它推动和促进了战争环境下的经济建设,为革命战争的发展提供了坚强的物质保障,并改善了苏区人民的生活;同时为抗日民主政权和解放区的战时动员法律法规的制定和执行提供了丰富的经验,也为今天中国战争动员法的制定提供了有益的借鉴。The legislation of economic mobilization which covered a number of economic fields of the Central Soviet Area was an important component of economic legislation of the Central Soviet Area,it drove and promoted economic construction under the war environment,supplied a strong material guarantee for the development of the revolutionary war,improved the conditions of people＇s life in the Soviet Area,provided rich experience for the anti-Japanese democratic regime and the drawing and execution of laws and regulations of wartime mobilization in the Liberated Area,and also provided helpful reference for making the law of war mobilization in China today.
