简论秦对关中的经营和开发

摘　　要：秦从初建国获得关中地区部分的经营权,到全部获得关中地区的经营和开发权经历了440余年的历史,直到秦王朝灭亡,秦共经营关中达565年。立足这一过程,就秦经营和开发关中农业、工商业和都城区的特点和成就加以论述,对于认识关中地区的历史变迁具有一定的参考价值。It has been more than 440 years since Qin acquired the partial right to operation from the beginning of its founding,later on,all the rights to its operation and development,until the fall of the Qin regime,Guanzhong area had been under the control of the Qin regime for up to 565 years.Based on this long process,this paper gives an account of its operation and development in agriculture,commerce,industry as well as all its characteristics and achievements during the Qin dynasty,hoping that it is of great referential value and guidance value for getting a better understanding of its historical changes in Guanzhong area.
