摘　　要：高固含量涂料有很多优点,但提高涂料固含量会因涂料流变性恶化而导致运行方面问题,传统的碱性膨润流变剂不利于改善高固含量涂料的流变性。新型流变剂克服了传统流变剂的缺点,在高固含量涂料上表现出超低的高剪切黏度,流变问题得到改善,具有很好的应用前景。There are many benefits of using coating colors with high solid content, but the rheology would be aggravated to bring runability problems because of highly raising solid content of coating colors.The conventional swelling alkali is not beneficial to improve rheological performance of coating colors with high solid content.The new rheology modifiers avoid the faults of conventional rheology modifiers, they perform very low high-shear viscosity, so the problem of rheology is improved.The new rheology modifiers have a very good applicable prospects.
