摘 要:通过实验,合成了一种有机硅树脂耐高温涂料。实验选择甲基三氯硅烷、二甲基二氯硅烷和苯基三氯硅烷合成有机硅树脂,添加白云母粉、硅酸铝、钛白粉、磷酸锌等作为填料,制得耐高温涂料。对经过耐高温涂料表面涂覆的马口铁样板的涂层的物理机械性能以及耐高温、隔热温差等进行性能测试,结果表明制得的耐高温涂料可耐400~500℃高温,具有较好的耐高温、隔热保温性能等。该耐高温涂料主要用于电磁烘缸的内表面涂层进行隔热保温。Through experiments, a kind of silicone resin coating materials with resistance to high temperature was synthesized.Methyl silicochloroform, dichlorodimethylsilane and phenyltrichlorosilane were selected to synthesize organic silicon resin.Mica power, aluminum silicate, titanium pigment and zinc phosphate were used as additives.The physical and mechanical properties and resistance to high temperature, heat insulation and other performance were tested.The results show that the coating with resistance to high temperature can endure in 400-500℃.This kind of coating material has a very good performance of resistance to high temperature and heat insulation, that can be used as the heat insulating material on the inner surface of electromagnetism dryer device.
