摘  要:实验研究了脉冲射流取样器对水和模拟泥浆的取样效果。实验发现,脉冲射流取样器存在着压冲喷射和真空逆流两种取样模式。取样器对水取样的实验结果表明:取样针直径和取样T型节截面面积的增加,会使取样率有大幅提高;压冲压力和活塞桶高液位对取样量的影响与结构因素相比较小;在实验范围内单次取样量和取样率最大值分别为107mL和7.8%。针对质量分数最大为35%的模拟泥浆,脉冲射流取样器仍可正常工作,且取样重复性高。The effect of pulsed fluidic sampler on water and simulated sludge was experimentally studied. There are two sampling ways such as press-ejecting and vactuum-reflux. The experimental results on water show that: the sampling rate increases substantially with the diameters of the sample needle and the T-section; the effect of the pressing-pressure of RFD pump and the higher level of piston barrel is not as much as the effect of structural parameters. The maximum numbers of sample volume and sampling rate are 107 ml and 7.8% in the experiment. The sampler could get samples of simulated sludge of less than 35% of mass fraction, and shows good repeatability.
