Effects of Nitrogen Concentrations on Nitrogen Metabolism-related Enzymes and Growth of Phellodendron amurense Seedlings

摘  要:在温室采用水培法以5种氮素营养水平(1、4、8、16和32mmol/L)培养黄檗(Phellodendron amurense)幼苗,研究了不同氮素形态对黄檗幼苗生长及氮代谢相关酶类的影响。结果表明:经氮素浓度为16mmol/L处理的株高、茎直径和全株生物量均达到最大值;氮素浓度为1mmol/L时,黄檗幼苗的生长状况最差。随氮素浓度的升高,叶片中铵态氮、硝态氮和可溶性蛋白质量分数也升高,但当升高到32mmol/L,可溶性蛋白质量分数不会继续升高。总体来看,氮素浓度升高,可在一定程度上提高硝酸还原酶(NR)和谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)的活性。An experiment was conducted to study the effects of nitrogen forms on nitrogen metabolism-related enzymes and growth of Phellodendron amurense seedlings cultivated at five different nitrogen concentrations ( 1,4,8,16 and 32 mmol/L) in a greenhouse by hydroponic method. Result showed that the height,caudex diameter,and total biomass of P. amurense seedlings reached maximum values at a nitrogen concentration of 16 mmol/L,while P. amurense seedlings grew worst at 1 mmol/L. The contents of NH4^+—N,NO3^-—N and soluble protein increased with the increase of nitrogen concentration,however,the content of soluble protein would not increase when the nitrogen concentration up to 32 mmol/L. As a whole,the increase of nitrogen concentration could enhance the activities of nitrate reductase and glutamine synthetase to a certain extent.
