摘 要:以商陆茎为原料,利用其富钾特性的原位活化作用制备了较大比表面积的活性炭。研究了原料粒径和程序升温工艺对所制备活性炭性能的影响,利用比表面分析仪、场发射扫描电镜(FSEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDX)对所制活性炭进行了表征。结果表明,小的原料粒径和二步程序升温工艺有利于获得性能更加优异的活性炭。所制备商陆基活性炭的BET比表面积、总孔容积和微孔容积分别为748m2·g-1、0.57cm3·g-1和0.32cm3·g-1。FSEM观测结果显示商陆基活性炭孔隙较发达,且含有较多量的中、大孔。Activated carbons ( ACs) were prepared from K-rich plant species Phytolacca americana L. stems by in situ activation. Influences of particle size and temperature programming on properties of the prepared ACs were investigated,and the samples were characterized by specific surface analyzer and FSEM-EDX analysis. Results indicate that smaller particle size of raw material and two-step programmed heating process are beneficial to obtain ACs with better properties. The specific surface area,total pore volume,and micropore volume of the prepared ACs were 748 m^2·g^-1,0. 57 cm^3·g^-1,and 0. 32 cm^3·g^-1,respectively. FSEM observation results show that the ACs prepared from P. americana possess pore structures with a vast number of mesopores and macropores.
