摘  要:采用病害流行学常规方法研究古巴假霜霉菌(Pseudoperonospora cubensis)在黄瓜中流行规律的孢子萌发、传播、施肥影响、高温闷棚。结果表明:不同批次的游动孢子囊萌发情况不同。黄瓜霜霉病菌的近程传播未表现出明显的梯度。施钾肥可以降低病菌的产孢量,施氮、磷肥不降低病菌的产孢量。45℃处理10min,黄瓜植株的有病部分3d后变干枯,无病部分存活且植株抗病力明显提高。黄瓜霜霉病菌接种黄瓜苗引起发病、接种甜瓜苗未见发病。甜瓜霜霉病菌接种甜瓜苗引起发病、接种黄瓜苗未见发病。The conventional epidemic method was used to study the epidemic trend of Pseudoperonospora cubensis on cucumber. Result showed that different batches of zoosporangia had different germination situations. Short-range transmission of P. cubensis on cucumber didn’t appear apparent gradient. Potassium fertilization could reduce spore production,while nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizations could not. Infected parts of cucumbers turned shrivel at 45 degrees C for 10 minutes after three days,while uninfected parts survived and its resistance capacity was improved greatly. P. cubensis from cucumber vaccinated to cucumber seedlings caused diseases,but the vaccinated mask melon seedlings were not taken bad. P. cubensis from mask melons vaccinated to mask melon seedlings caused diseases,but the vaccinated cucumber seedlings were not taken bad.
