摘 要:探讨了木材高频加热过程中木材升温和木材内水分蒸发两个阶段所需高频功率的计算方法,并通过高频加热所占的百分比来计算各阶段所用的高频功率,从而确定高频—对流木材干燥设备中高频发生器的功率。另外,举例说明在实际中应如何选用高频—对流木材干燥设备中高频发生器的功率。还探讨了根据木材的长度来确定高频发生器频率的方法,以确保加热均匀度和加热效率。This paper deals with a method for computing the required high-frequency powers for the stages of wood heating and water evaporating during the high-frequency heating process in order to determine the power of high-frequency generator for convective wood drying equipment of high-frequency. The high-frequency power of each stage was calculated by the percentage of high-frequency heating. In addition,this paper illustrates how to choose the high-frequency power for the highfrequency generator in practice by examples. The method to determine the frequency of high-frequency generator by length of wood is also explored to ensure the heating uniformity and heating efficiency.
