摘  要:试验采用两因素交叉分组设计,提取物质量分数设1%、3%、5%、8%的4个水平,木醋液稀释倍数设0、200、300倍3个水平,共12处理,2次重复,每处理菜青虫(Pieris rapae L.)100只。在室内条件下,试验分析了木醋液与瑞香狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme L.)、毒芹(Cicuta virosa L.)、洋金花(Datura metel L.)、白头翁[Pulsatil-la chinensis(Bunge)Regel]和白屈菜(Chelidonium majus L.)提取物混用对菜青虫的防治效果。结果表明:木醋液与5种植物提取物混合使用,可增强药效,提菜青虫的高死亡率。其中,200倍木醋液与提取物混用效果最佳,且随提取物质量分数的提高而提高,最高可使死亡率提高19.5%。Plant extracts from Stellera chamaejasme,Cicuta virosa,Datura metel,Pycnonotus sinensis,and Chelidonium majus mixed with pyroligneous acid were applied to control pieris rapaes. The control efficiency of the mixture on pieris rapaes was studied by a crossclassification design with two factors. A total of 12 treatments,with 100 pieris rapaes for each,were established according to four levels of plant extract concentrations ( 1% ,3% ,5% ,8% ) and three levels of dilution times of pyroligneous acid ( 0,200 and 300) . Result showed that the mixture of pyroligneous acid and plant extracts could improve the control effect due to the high death rate of pieris rapaes. The mixture of pyroligneous acid diluted 200-fold and plant extract exhibited the best effect,and the control effect was improved by increasing extract concentration,and the dead rate increased by 19. 5% .
