摘　　要：选用白油佐剂、蜂胶佐剂和鸭疫里默氏杆菌(Riemerella anatipestifer,RA)灭活菌液制成RA油乳剂灭活疫苗和蜂胶灭活疫苗,分别保存3个月、5个月、6个月、7个月、8个月、9个月,免疫雏鸭,探讨不同佐剂和保存期对免疫效果的影响。结果表明:2种佐剂疫苗均有保护力,但油乳剂灭活疫苗免疫效果比蜂胶灭活疫苗好,其保护率可达100%。疫苗保存期试验证明,油乳剂灭活疫苗在4°C冰箱可保存9个月以上。Two inactivated vaccines were made by using Riemerella anatipestifer（RA） with white oil adjuvant and propolis adjuvant and were conserved for 3,5,6,7,8 and 9 months respectively.Aseptic and safe inactivated vaccines were inoculated to ducklings to test different immune effect of different inactivated vaccines conserved for different period.The results showed the two vaccines had protective acts for ducklings while the effect of oil-emulsion inactivated vaccine was better than that of propolis emulsified inactivated vaccine and 100% protectively acted well on ducklings.Retention period test showed that the prepared vaccine could be conserved for 9 months at 4 °C.
