生脉注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变疗效的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察生脉注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法对56例2型糖尿病并周围神经病变患者给予生脉注射液静脉滴注治疗4周,观察治疗前后神经病变的临床症状、体症的改变,周围神经功能测定的改变。结果治疗前后比较临床症状改善率达80%左右,周围神经功能测定改变显著(P<0.05)。结论生脉注射液是治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的一种有效安全的药物。[Objective] To investigate the effect on the change of peripheral nervous lesion with Diabetes Mellitus by Shenmai Injection.[Methods] Treatment by Shenmai injection for 4 weeks was done to the 56 cases with Diabetes Mellitus type II complicated with peripheral nervous lesion;and the symptoms,signs and peripheral nervous function of pre-and post-treatment were observed.[Results] About 80% of improved rate of pre-and post-treatment was achieved;the measure of peripheral nervous function was different statistically（P0.05）.[Conclusions] Shenmai injection was a safe and effective medicine to peripheral nervous lesion with Diabetes Mellitus type II.
