摘　　要：当前我国提高自主创新能力面临着错综复杂的内外部环境,本文基于对中长期科技发展规划纲要提出的科技进步贡献率、R&D与GDP的比值、专利、论文、对外技术依存度等五方面指标的发展情况的分析,探讨了我国自主创新面临的内外部环境,以期为增强国家自主创新能力提供借鉴。China faces a complicated domestic and international situation.Based on the analysis of five indicators,including contribution rate of scientific and technological progress,RD/GDP,patent,paper,and foreign dependency of technology,which are referred as key indexes of an innovation-oriented country in National Guideline on medium-long-term program for science and technology development,this paper researches China＇s indigenous innovation environment.
