我国环境领域高层次科技人才论文产出分析——以国家杰出青年科学基金获得者为例

摘　　要：我国创新型国家的建设迫切需要高层次科技人才队伍的支撑。以国家杰出青年科学基金获得者为例,分析了环境领域高层次人才发表SCI论文产出的总体概况、论文结构以及学术论文的国际影响,了解我国环境领域高层次青年人才成果的特征及其在国际上的地位。基于Pajek软件进一步剖析了论文的合著关系,掌握该学术圈的主要科研合作网络状况,以期为我国科研管理部门制定人才发展计划和政策措施提供决策依据,为研究人员自身成长提供参考。High-level scientific and technological talents are urgently needed for China in building an innovative country.In this paper,the winners of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars of China are taken for example,for the analysis of the general situation of high-level personnel in the field of environmental science and engineering,focusing on the international impact of their scientific papers,paper structure and paper co-relationships,in order to understand the outcome characteristics of high-level young talents in the field of environment and their international status.Based on the Pajek software,the cooperation network and the academic circles are further investigated.Hopefully,this work can be helpful for the development of human resources plans and decision-making by the administrative department,moreover,providing reference for the researchers about their own growth.
