摘 要:①目的探讨参麦注射液对肠缺血再灌注肠、肺损伤的保护作用及其机制。②方法采用夹闭肠系膜上动脉方法复制大鼠肠缺血再灌注(I/R)损伤模型,观察参麦注射液对血浆和肠组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)以及肺组织SOD、MDA的影响,同时观察肠、肺组织水肿和病理损害。③结果参麦注射液可显著改善肠、肺组织损伤,降低肠及肺组织湿/干比值、MDA含量、血浆DAO和MDA水平(P<0.01),同时升高血浆、肠及肺组织SOD以及肠组织DAO水平(P<0.01)。④结论参麦注射液可能通过清除氧自由基,对抗脂质过氧化损伤,对肠I/R后肠、肺组织损伤起到保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effects of Shenmai injection on the injury of intestine and lung induced by intestinal ischemia/repeffusion(I/R) and explore its possible mechanism. Methods Rat model of intestinal I/R injury was es- tabished with clamping of the superior mesenteric artery for 60 rain , then clamping was relieved for 60 rain. The effects of Shenmai injection on Superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) , diamine oxidase (DA0) in serum and intestine tissue and SOD,MDA in lung tissue were observed, as well as tissue edema and pathological changes were measured. Results Shenmai injec- tion could obviously lessen tissue injury, decrease wet/dry weight ratio and the level of MDA in intestine and lung tissue and the level of DAO, MDA in plasma ( P 〈 0.01 ) , and markedly increase SOD level in plasma, intestine and lung and DAO level in in- testine ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Shenmai injection can protect the injury of intestine and lung induced by intestinal ischemia/ reperfusion(I/R) , which may be mediated by geting rid of free radicals and inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
