摘  要:电喷雾电离源(ESI)可选择性地电离石油中的碱性氮化物,与具有超高质量分辨率和质量精度的傅立叶变换离子回旋共振质谱仪(FTICRMS)结合,可直接用于分析原油中的碱性氮化物而不需要预先分离。通过此方法考察了3种原油中碱性氮化物的类型分布和碳数分布,结果表明,原油中主要碱性氮化物为含N1,N2,NO,NS,NO2,NO3等杂原子的碱性氮化物,共检测到约100类不同缩合度的碱性氮化物,各类碱性氮化物的碳数分布范围为15~70。不同基属原油中的碱性氮化物在种类分布和碳数分布上存在一定的差异。Basic nitrogen compounds in crude oil can be directly analyzed,without prior fractionation,by using a high-resolving power and high-mass accuracy(9.4T)Fourier Transfer Ion Cyclotron Resonance Mass Spectrometer(FTICR MS)coupled to an external electrospray ion source(ESI).Using positive-ion electrospray ionization FTICR MS,thousands of basic nitrogen compounds species in crude oils were distinguished in a single mass spectrum,and the class information and carbon number distribution were obtained.The analytical result shows that the"classes"(e.g.,molecules containing the same numbers of N,O and S atoms)of basic nitrogen compounds in crude oil are mainly N1,N 2,NS,NO,NO 2,NOS class;for the various "classes",more than 100 hydrocarbon"types"(e.g.,molecules with the same number of rings plus double bonds)were identified;furthermore the carbon number distribution(from 15 to 70)to reveal the number of alkyl carbons appended to aromatic rings for each"type"was given in this article.Different crude oils have some diversity in class type and carbon number distribution of basic nitrogen compounds.
