摘  要:探讨不同预处理方法对无机陶瓷膜精制甘草水提液膜分离过程的影响。以甘草水提液为实验体系,采取调节pH值、絮凝、离心和粗滤作为预处理方法,考察0.2μm Al2O3无机陶瓷膜微滤经预处理后的甘草水提液时的膜通量、膜污染度、膜阻力分布、指标性成分甘草酸的保留率。表明pH7时膜稳定通量较大;粗滤、离心和调节pH7时甘草酸的保留率较高,壳聚糖絮凝时甘草酸的保留率最低。不同的预处理方法对甘草的膜精制过程具有不同的影响,高速离心和调节pH值是甘草水提液膜分离工艺中较好的两种预处理方法。The effect of pretreatment of the water extract of Glycyrrhiza on the process of micro-filtration with inorganic ceramic membrane was studied.Glycyrrhiza water extract was pretreated by different pretreatment methods(flocculation,adjusting pH,centrifugation and filtration rough),then stable membrane flux、membrane foul、distribu-tion of membrane resistance and transferring rate of glycyrrhizic acid were investigated in the process of micro-filtration with 0.2 μmAl2O3 inorganic ceramic membrane.The reservation of the total Glycyrrhizic acid was best by means of centrifugation、adjusting pH and filtration rough,while it was least by means of flocculation;the membrane flux is the greatest by the help of adjusting pH among pretreating methods.The result showed that adjusting pH and direct high-speed centrifugation were more prefect pretreatment methods in the process of glycyrrhiza water extract microfiltration with inorganic ceramic membrane.
