摘　　要：油页岩是常规油气的重要接替或补充资源。中国石油大庆油田有限责任公司十分重视油页岩资源的勘探开发利用，通过勘探已查明黑龙江省柳树河盆地五林勘查区的地质特征和油页岩矿床特征。五林勘查区地质构造简单，有10个油页岩矿层，赋存于古近系八虎力组地层中，其中全区可采矿层1个，局部可采矿层3个。油页岩矿床埋藏浅，厚度较大，储量丰富，适合露天开采。油页岩发热量和含油率高，适宜进行干馏制取页岩油，综合开发利用前景广阔。Oil shale is an important alternative or supplementary resource of conventional oil and gas. Daqing Oilfield Company Ltd. attaches great importance to exploration, development and utilization of oil shale resource. Characteristics of geology and oil shale deposits in Wulin prospecting area in Liushuhe Basin, Heilongjiang Province have been found out after exploration. The geological structures of Wulin prospecting area are simple and 10 oil shale layers are found in the Palaeogene Bahuli Formation, 1 of which is workable all over the prospecting area and 3 are partly workable. The deposits are rich, thick and shallow-buried, suitable for opencast working. High calorific value and oil content of oil shale are favorable for dry distillation. The prospect of comprehensive development and utilization is expecting.
