三维CT脑血管造影技术中延迟时间设置的研究

摘　　要：目的寻找更加合理有效的延迟时间的设置方法。材料与方法记录按Ｔ＝１３°６０／Ｆ＋Ｔｍ计算延迟时间检查成功的３０例受检者的小剂量实验峰值。统计学处理，得出９５％可信限。结果导出公式：Ｔ＝１３°６０／Ｆ＋Ｔ１２０。结论本公式可计算适合每一个体的延迟时间，通过临床应用，既保证了检查成功，又提高了图像质量。公式简单明了，具有较强的可操作性。Purpose To find the better and efficacious method of installing delay-time. Materials and method We record the delay -time according the formula:T= 13°60/F+Tm,the peak value of little dose test of 30 successful cases,we get 95% reliability by statistics. Results We conclude the formula:T= 13°×60/F+T120. Conclusion This formula is fit for everybody to calculate the delay-time. It can either insure the success of examination,or improve the image's quality. It's simple incontestable and available.
