头痛灵对脑血管的影响和镇静、镇痛作用的研究

摘　　要：ｉｇ头痛灵５ｇ／ｋｇ和１０ｇ／ｋｇ后与阈下催眠剂量的戊巴比妥有明显的协同作用，也不同程度地抑制小鼠的自主活动，表明头痛灵具有明显的镇静作用；上述剂量明显减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数和延长热刺激致疼的潜伏期；ｉｖ头痛灵后，脑血流量的改变不明显，但其血管阻力均降低，血压下降，心率减慢。Toutongling 5 g/kg and 10 g/kg ig had a synergistic action with subthreshold hypnotic dosage of sodium pentobarbital,and inhibited the spontaneous activity of mice to a certain extent.This suggests Toutongling exerts an obvious sedative effect.Toutongling at the above doses markedly decreased the frequency of body torsion induced by 1% acetic acid and prolonged the incubation period of pain induced by hot stimulation in mice.Intravenous injection of Toutongling did not alter the cerebral blood volume, but decreased vascular resistance,blood pressure and heart rate.
