儿童手屈肌腱Ⅱ区陈旧性损伤的治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童手屈肌腱Ⅱ区损伤的特点和治疗方法。方法采用显微外科技术修复儿童手屈肌腱Ⅱ区陈旧性损伤１７例２０指。结果术后１６例１９指经６～３０个月的随访，功能恢复良好，优良率６８．４２％。结论儿童手屈肌腱Ⅱ区损伤具有切割伤多见、容易漏诊、一期修复适应证广等特点；显微技术修复肌腱、腱鞘，配以早期保护性活动可获得良好疗效。Objective To study features and management of zone Ⅱ flexor tendon injuries. Methods 20 fingers in 17 cases of old injury of zone Ⅱ flexor tendon in children were treated with microsurgical repair. Results 19 fingers in 16 cases were followed up after operation for 6￣30 months. The funtional restoration was satisfactory, and the excellent and good rate 68 42%. Conclusion The zone Ⅱ flexor tendon injury in children is commonly found in cuts, and characterized by making misdiagnosis easily and wide application with primary repair. Excellent curative effect will be obtained with repair in tendon and tendon sheath by means of microsurgical technology accompanied by early protective exercise.
