摘 要:利用磁场对核酸、蛋白质在不同时间下的紫外光吸收变化,分析磁场强度对核酸、蛋白质结构的影响,探讨磁疗中对磁场强度、治疗时间的选择。实验结果显示,75mT,100mT,150mT场强,DNA,RNA溶液的光吸收值与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。100mT,150mT杨强,磁处理水组Pr溶液的光吸收明显高于对照组(P<0.05);3种杨强比较,100mT场强对核酸、蛋白质的影响更大;3种场强下,核酸、蛋白质溶液在0.5~24h内光吸收值逐渐增加。used magnetic field on nucleic acid and protein ultraviolet's absorption at differenttime,analyse election of the magnetic field intensity and treated time in magnetic treatment.The result of experiment showed, 75 mT. 100 mT. 150 mT field intensity ultraviolet value ofDNA and RNA had been more obvious difference than compared group (P<0. 05). 100 mT150mT strength of megnetic field,protein solution's ultraviolet value of the magnetic fieldtreated water has been higher than compared group ((P < 0. 05 ). The three magneticstrength has been compared, 100 mT megnetic strength's effection has been more obvious.Under three different magnetic strength, the experimental group's nucleic acid and proteinultraviolet's absorpotion had been gradually growed in 0. 5~24 hour.
