摘　　要：通过文献复习对病种质量管理、单病种限价、按病种收费以及临床路径研究进行了阐述,并提出行政部门之间加强协作、加大基于DRGs的病例组合付费制研究、确立单病种质量评价指标、重视单病种住院费用分析、加大单病种成本测算研究和科学推行临床路径6个方面的建议。Based on literature review, the quality management of single disease, limited price for single disease, DRGs - based payment system and disease management according to the clinical pathway were described in the paper. The paper also proposed suggestions from 6 aspects ： strengthening the collaboration between the executive departments, deepening study on case mix payment system based on DRGs, establishment of evaluation index for single disease quality control, paying attention to the cost analysis of single disease, further studying the cost measurement of single disease and scientific implementation of the clinical pathways.
