摘　　要：针对麻醉及精神药品的信息采集和数据统计工作繁琐复杂、效率低下的现状,开发了麻醉和精神药品计算机IC卡管理信息系统,提高了监管的时效性和严密性,实现了麻醉和精神药品管理的科学化。It is complex and inefficient to collect the information and to analyze data of narcotic and psychotropic drugs. For this reason, ＂the administrative information system of narcotic and psyehotropie drugs using computer IC card＂ has been developed and applied, which improves the efficiency and strictness of administration and accomplishes the narcotic and psychotropic drugs＂ administration scientifically.
