摘  要:目的探讨医患纠纷的原因、性质、行为。方法运用质性研究法对第三方参与医患纠纷处理者进行访谈,现场做笔记,写出书面材料,并结合调解评议材料,运用类属分析法整理分析。结果归纳出6个主题,即医务人员的人文医学职业技能欠缺,不能正确认识不良医疗事件对病人造成伤害,医患纠纷的发生是患者安全系统功能紊的表现,部分医务人员技术差,医患沟通告知不当,医疗护理文书书写不规范。结论医患纠纷发生与医务人员的人文医学职业技能欠缺、医患者安全系统功能紊、医务人员技术差及沟通告知不当有直接关系。正确认识医疗不良事件发生对病人造成伤害是预防纠纷的手段,医疗护理文书书写规范是解决医患纠纷的法律依据。Objective To analyze the causes, characters and behaviors of medical disputes. Method A qualitative study was used to interview 9 patients in medical disputes with third -party participation. The notes were taken on the spot, written materials were provided by subjects who were investigated. Combined with the mediation council materials, we analyzed the results using generic analysis. Result Six themes were sublimated : the medical staff lacking of professional skills of medical humanities, not correctly understanding the harm that medical adverse events did to patients, the occurrence of medical disputes causing from the functions disordered of the patient safety system, some staff having poor medical technology and improper communicating with patients, improper writing of medical records. Conclusion Medical dispute was directly related to the medical staff lacking of professional skills of medical humanities, disordered medical security system function, poor medical technology and improper com- munication gap. The correct understanding of medical adverse events causing harm to patients is a means to prevent medical disputes; meanwhile, the standardized medical record writing is the legal basis to resolve patient disputes.
