摘　　要：综合利用文献法、访谈法、岗位分析法以及德尔菲法,提出了医院民主文化概念,确定了民主文化评价的指标,并赋予各指标权重,规定了评价方法,旨在为医院加强民主建设、促进公益性和积极性协调发展提供参考。With the methods of literature review, interviews, position analysis, and Delphi method, the paper put forward a complete concept of the hospital democracy culture, established an index system, gave the weights for indexes, and provided an evaluation method for hospitals to strengthen democracy construction and promote the coordinated development of public welfare and incentive.
