摘　　要：文章分析了现在大部分期刊网络采编管理系统的现状及存在的问题,提出基于B/S+C/S模式的期刊网络采编系统的解决方案,用Powerbuilder及PHP和SQL Server2005实现了期刊网络采编管理系统,运行结果表明整个系统具有很强的可移植性、通用性与可扩展性。Based on summarizing the current progresses and existing problems in network editing system for journals,a new network editing system for journals based on B/S＋C/S mixed mode was developed with powerbuilder、php and sql server2005.The successful application of these techniques to library and information shows that this system can be easily removed,extended and used in other systems.
