摘　　要：报道了一个钯催化的1,4-丁烯二醇衍生物和亚胺的偶联反应立体选择性地制备顺式-2-苯基-N-对甲苯磺酰基-4-乙烯基恶唑烷的反应。在此基础上,我们以三步化学反应和67%总收率合成了2-氨基-1-丁醇。By the coupling reaction of palladium-catalyzed 2-butene-1,4-diol derivatives and imine,the stereoselective synthesis of cis-2-phenyl-3-tosyl-4-vinyloxazolidine has been achieved.In addition,2-amino-1-butanol is synthesized with the total yield of 67% through a three-step chemical reaction.
