摘 要:将光催化材料二氧化钛以涂覆和掺入2种添加方式应用于沥青路面材料中,形成可以降解汽车尾气的环保型沥青路面。提出一套尾气降解能力的试验方法和评价指标,利用自主设计的测试设备对影响尾气降解能力的因素进行研究,并结合道路工程的特点对不同掺配方式路面的使用功能、耐久性进行分析。结果表明:紫外线是光催化剂降解有害气体的必要反应条件;采用涂覆式时光催化剂的掺量为载体粘结剂用量的8%~10%最为经济合理,推荐光催化剂用量的上限值为500g.m-2,下限值为350 g.m-2,沥青混合料的级配变化对光催化剂降解有害气体能力的影响程度较小;采用掺入式时光催化剂的掺量为矿粉用量的50%~60%较为合理,光催化剂的掺入基本不会影响沥青混合料的各项性能。Photocatalysed material TiO2 was applied to the asphalt pavement by means of overlaying and adding,so that environmental friendly asphalt pavement which can degradate the automobile exhaust formed.A series of corresponding test methods and evaluation indexes were formulated.The factors which affect the performance of automobile exhaust degradation were tested by using self-designed equipment.Furthermore,the performance of additive mixture and durability of overlay coating with different additive modes were analyzed by considering the characteristics of road engineering.Results show that the ultraviolet is essential reactive condition of making full use of photocatalyzer capacity on degradating harmful gas.When the overlaying mode is adopted,it is the most economic and reasonable that the dosage percentage of overlaying photocatalyzer is 8% to 10% of carrier binder,and the recommendatory upper limit dosage value of photocatalysed coating is 500 g·m-2,and the lower limit value is 350 g·m-2.Gradation variety hasn't dramatic influence on the degradation performance of the photocatalysed coating.When the adding mode is adopt,it is more advisable that the dosage percentage of adding photocatalyzer is 50% to 60% of mineral powder.The addition of photocatalyzer has little influence on the performance of asphalt mixture.
