摘  要:将腰果酚型苯并恶嗪(BOZ-Y)和二胺型苯并恶嗪(BOZ-M)按照不同的质量比进行溶液共混,并固化制备浇铸体。通过凝胶时间、粘度测试及DSC,DMA和TGA分析对产物性能进行了研究。结果表明:BOZ-Y的加入降低了BOZ-M树脂的粘度,改善了其加工工艺性。随着BOZ-Y树脂用量的增加,树脂共混体系的DSC固化反应峰值温度向低温方向移动,固化热焓呈减少趋势;而共混体系的力学性能、Tg,热失重温度及残炭率随之下降。The blend systems were prepared by mixing cardanol-based benzoxazine ( BOZ-Y) and diaminodiphenyl methane-based benzoxazine ( BOZ-M) with different mass ratios and then cured for casting. The properties of the products were investigated by gel time and viscosity tests and DSC,DMA and TGA analysis. The results showed that the viscosity of BOZ-M was decreased and the processability of BOZ-M was improved by adding BOZ-Y. The DSC curing exothermal peak of blends moved to the lower temperatures and the enthalpy showed a decreasing trend with the increasing of BOZ-Y contents,but the mechanical properties,Tg and weight loss temperature were decreased.
