摘　　要：在当今信息化时代新的技术条件下,网络不仅仅是一种现代信息交流工具,更成为聚集民意、凝聚民心、问计于民的重要平台。公民参与的新形式——网络参与对国家公务员管理具有积极作用,同时也给公务员管理带来一些挑战。探讨网络参与对国家公务员管理的意义以及网络参与的途径,更好的发挥其对公务员管理的积极作用,对建立服务型政府和社会主义和谐社会具有一定的现实意义。In the new era of information-based technology,network is not only a modern information communication tool,but also the important platform to collect public opinions,agglomerate people＇s mind and ask advices from the people.The new form of citizen participation,network participation has a positive influence upon national public servant management and brings some changes to it.It is of great practical significance to study the significance of network participation to national public servant management and the ways as to give a better play to its positive role and build a service-oriented government and socialist harmonious society.
