摘　　要：通过对船舶柴油机高强度螺栓折断原因的分析,从设计、加工、安装与使用的不同阶段提出了避免断螺栓的方法,并根据断螺栓的情况不同分别总结了由简单到复杂的维修措施.By analyzing the causes of marine diesel engine bolt fracture,six methods are put forward to avoid the bolt broken from the design,process,and installation to use the different stages.The maintenance measures from simple to complex are summed up according to the broken-off bolt situation is different.Finally,the reasons of diesel engine screws fracture were analyzed in detail,and for the different situations of screws breakage,the solutions have been proposed.
