摘  要:为了更准确地研究具有凸轮张开装置的领从蹄式制动器系统的力学行为,建立了浮动蹄式制动器的有限元模型,通过在凸轮轴上施加输入力矩来模拟制动器系统的制动过程,对摩擦衬片和制动鼓之间的摩擦接触进行分析,得到了该制动器的接触应力分布云图和制动力矩的分布曲线,并与传统蹄式制动器进行了对比分析。分析结果表明:浮动蹄式制动器领蹄由于接触面积增大,在制动力矩保持不变的情况下,接触应力比传统蹄式制动器的接触应力小;浮动蹄式制动器从蹄由于向上浮动,使其摩擦力矩大于传统蹄式制动器;浮动蹄式制动器的总制动力矩大于传统蹄式制动器的制动力矩。In order to study the mechanical performance of leading-trailing brake system accurately with an opening device by a cam,this paper builds the finite element model of floating-shoe brake.The braking process of the brake system is simulated by applying the input torque on the cam axis.The friction contact between brake lining and drum is analyzed,and the contact stress cloud-chart,as well as distribution curve of brake torque are gotten.This paper also analyzes and compares it with the traditional shoe brake.The results indicate that: the leading-shoe's contact stress of floating-shoe brake is less than the traditional one,because of its larger contact area in the condition that brake torque keeps invariant.As the trailing shoe floats upward,the trailing shoe's friction torque of floating-shoe brake is larger than the traditional one.The total brake torque of floating-shoe brake is larger than the traditional one.2 tabs,9 figs,6 refs.
