摘　　要：阐述了通过逐项优化调整分级设备的结构参数,经工业试验和生产实践检验,确定出Φ500mm旋流器作为一次分级设备的最佳结构参数,解决了小直径旋流器作为一次分级设备存在的不足,具有广泛的应用和推广价值。The structural parameters of classifying device are adjusted and optimized one after another.After testing in practice,the optimum structural parameters of 500 mm cyclone as primary classifying device are determined,which is referential for the cases where cyclone with small diameter is used as primary classifying device.
