摘 要:以激光微造型活塞环表面为研究对象,建立表面具有规则微观抛物面凹腔结构的数学模型.利用变异多重网格法对该模型进行数值求解,得到活塞环-缸套间最小油膜厚度和无量纲平均摩擦力变化曲线,分析微凹腔半径对活塞环润滑性能的影响.分析结果表明:最小油膜厚度随微凹腔半径增大而明显变厚,无量纲平均摩擦力随微凹腔半径增大而减小,但在进排气冲程中,无量纲平均摩擦力的减小不明显;在压缩做功冲程中,无量纲平均摩擦力的减小显著,当凹腔半径rp从20μm变化到70μm时,无量纲平均摩擦力最多减小了68.7%.To study the surface of laser micro-texturing piston ring,a mathematical model was established for the piston ring with regular microstructure in the parabolic form.Through the numerical solution of the model by modified multi-grid method,the minimum film thickness and the graph of dimensionless average friction force between piston ring and cylinder liner were obtained,and the influence laws of micro-pore radius on the lubrication performance of piston ring were also analyzed.The results show that there is an apparent increase of film thickness and decrease of dimensionless average friction with the increase of micro-pore radius.However,in the intake and exhaust strokes,the dimensionless average friction decreases slightly;in the other two strokes,it decreases substantially.As pore radius rp increases from 20 μm to 70 μm,the dimensionless average friction decreases by 68.7% at most.
