摘　　要：受基础设施建设落后、金融服务创新不足、信息化管理水平低下等因素影响,我国现有农村消费品连锁经营的整体效益比较低。为改善这种状况,文章从广义利益相关者角度,构建了一个包括政府、金融机构、消费者、关联企业等主体广泛参与的农村连锁经营供应链治理机制,以降低运行成本,提升其竞争力。Due to the underdevelopment of China＇s rural infrastructure,lack of innovation in financial services,and the low levels of information management,the overall effectiveness of current chain business of rural consumer goods is relatively low.To improve the situation,this article proposes from the point of view of stakeholders a mechanism which involves the government,financial institutions,consumers and related enterprises to participate in the supply chain management of rural chain business so as to reduce its operating costs and enhance its competitiveness.
