摘　　要：本文分析了从马歇尔式企业、钱德勒式企业,到全球价值链生产组织方式的转变,归纳了产业组织历史发展演变的条件,提出生产分工的实现依赖于管理分工。在市场需求迅速变化条件下,管理分工和组织管理能力的建设,决定企业在价值链中的地位。针对我国目前出口加工企业面临的困境,本文提出应从价值链整体运转速度和效率的角度来提升企业的管理能力,以改变我国出口产业在全球价值链中的不利地位。This paper analyzes the transformations in industrial organization,from the Marshall,Chandler to global value chain,summarizes the historical development of industrial organization conditions,and proposed the division of labor is dependent on the management division.？In Fluctuate market,management division determine the status of enterprises in the value chain.For the current export processing enterprises are facing difficulties,this paper propose to enhance the management capability to change our country＇s export industry in the global value chain disadvantage,from the speed and efficiency prospect of the integrated performance of the value chain.
