摘　　要：目的建立在流动相中加十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)测定rhIL-2(Ⅰ)纯度的分析方法,用于rhIL-2(Ⅰ)的质量控制.方法 Protein-Pak色谱柱,流动相为0.1mol·L-1磷酸盐-0.1mol·L-1氯化钠缓冲液,pH7.0(含0.02%SDS),检测波长为280nm.结果理论板数为2810,精密度RSD为1.13%.结论本方法精密度高,重复性和耐用性好,可用rhIL-2(Ⅰ)的质量控制.OBJECTIVE To establish an method for determination of rhIL-2（Ⅰ） by adding SDS in mobile phase for quality control of rhIL-2（Ⅰ）.METHODS A Protein-Pak column was used.The mobile phase was 0.1mol·L-1 phosphate-0.lmol·L-1 sodium chloride buffer solution with pH7.0（adding 0.02%SDS）.The detection wavelength was 280nm.RESULTS The theoretical plates number was 2810,the RSD was 1.13%.CONCLUSION The method has high degree of precision,fine reproducibilities and good durability,which can be applied for quality control of rhIL-2（Ⅰ）.
