摘　　要：目的分析了解我院镇痛药物临床用药的特点和存在问题.方法统计2005～2009年我院门诊患者镇痛药物的应用情况并以限定日剂量(DDD)作为指标进行分析.结果在我院门诊患者使用的镇痛药物中,解热镇痛类药物的应用最为广泛,其次分别为复方制剂、口服麻醉药品、外用剂型和注射剂.结论我院镇痛药物应用基本合理,镇痛药物应用趋势逐步向着安全、经济、便捷的方向发展.OBJECTIVE To analyze clinical characteristics and problems of analgesic drugs in our hospital.METHODS Making statistic about the application of analgesic drugs during 2005～2009 in our hospital and to limit the daily dose（DDD） as an indicators for analysis.RESULTS In the application of analgesic drugs in our hospital,antipyretic analgesic drugs were most widely used,and then compound preparation,oral narcotic drugs,topical and injectable dosage forms.CONCLUSION The application of analgesic drugs in our hospital were basically rational and is gradually applied more secure,economical and convenient.
