摘　　要：白色念珠菌在医疗植入材料上形成生物膜,导致高死亡率感染。成熟的生物膜具有强耐药性,使得生物膜相关感染难以治愈。本文主要从白色念珠菌生物膜的形成及结构、信号传导以及防治策略等3个方面探讨了白色念珠菌生物膜的耐药机制,综述了该研究方向的最新进展,为白色念珠菌生物膜的形成机制研究以及临床防治策略制定提供参考。Biofilms on medical implants formed by Candida albicans often result in high mortality rates.Fully developed biofilms are highly resistant to drugs,representing a major cause of some hard-to-treat infections.This review summarizes recent advances in the study of the drug resistance of C.albicans biofilms,which can be divided into 3 aspects： the formation and structure of those biofilms,signal transduction,and control strategies.This review seeks to provide data for clinical practice and study of the mechanisms of biofilm formation.
