摘 要:随着靖边气田持续开发,地层压力逐步下降,低压气井修井过程中大量压井液漏失进入地层,会造成储层伤害,同时由于井筒洗井建立不起循环,造成井筒赃物及沉砂无法有效清洗,影响气井的正常生产。本文深入分析了靖边气田低压气井洗井中存在的技术难点,通过室内实验优化了氮气泡沫冲砂洗井工艺,并开展了现场应用试验。。试验结果表明,氮气泡沫冲砂洗井工艺可以有效的降低洗井液漏失,减少储层伤害,提高携砂性能,确保低压气井快速恢复产能。With the continued development of Jingbian gasfield,reservoir pressure gradually decreases.In the workover process of low-pressure gas well,a large number of kill fluids leak into the formation,which can cause formation damage and result that the crud and sand cannot be washed effectively due to well washing circulation cannot be set up, affecting the normal production of gas wells.This paper takes the in-depth analysis of the technical difficulties existed in low pressure gas wells washing of Jingbian gas field,optimizing the Nitrogen foam sand-washing well technology through laboratory experiment and carrying out field application test.The results show that nitrogen foam sand-washing well technology can effectively reduce the leakage of flushing fluids,reduce formation damage and improve the sand carrying property,ensuring the rapid recovery of low-pressure gas well production.
