摘  要:针对制药行业污水处理中水解酸化池的高浓度H2S恶臭气体,采用新型PP填料生物滴滤床处理方法,进行实地中试研究。生物滴滤塔塔形为长方形,填料层高1m,空塔停留时间10.7s,在进气H2S浓度低于1420 mg/m3时,循环营养液pH值0.35,生物去除率保持80%以上。实际工程中,在进气H2S浓度高于1500 mg/m3时,可以增加碱洗预处理工艺,经过2个月的跟踪检测,绝大部分的去除率能保持80%以上,最高去除率可以达到96%以上,出口排放量可控制在250mg/m3以内,符合《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-93)的相关要求。In view of the hydrolytic acidification tank's high concentration H2S odorous gas in the pharmaceutical industry sewage treatment, the new PP padding bio-triekling filter processing method is used and carries on field-pi- lot studies are conducted. The shape of the bio-trickling filter tower id rectangle with 1 meter packing height and 10. 7S residence time of empty tower when H2S concentration in inlet is lower than 1420 mg/m3, the circulating nutrient solution pH value is 0. 35, the biological removal rate maintains above 80%. In real project, when H2S con- centration in inlet is high than 1500 mg/m3, the pretreatment process of alkali washing can be added. Through two months-long tracking measurement, the elimination rate can maintain above 80% in most of the time. The highest elimination rate may above 96%, the emission of export maybe controlled under 250mg/m3, which can meet the standard of odor pollutant discharge standard ( GB14554 - 93 ).
